About these terms
Pufi is provided by Otagia. By installing or using the app you, as the parent or guardian, accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the child who uses it. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
If you got Pufi from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if these terms and that agreement differ, the EULA wins for matters it covers.
Using Pufi with children
Pufi is meant to be used by children with an adult nearby. You are responsible for the device, for what your child asks Pufi to draw and for any purchase. Purchases, settings and links that leave the app are behind a question for grown-ups; please do not tell children the answer.
Free drawings and credits
Coloring the pages in the library is free. Each new page Pufi draws uses one credit. A small number of free drawings is included, and a subscription adds more; the current amounts are shown in the app before you buy.
Credits are part of the service, not money: they have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged. If a drawing fails, its credit is returned automatically.
Subscriptions
- Pufi offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price and the period are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Deleting the app or the Pufi account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Pages drawn by AI
New pages are made automatically by an AI model. They may sometimes be imperfect or different from what was asked. Requests and pages pass safety filters, and Pufi may refuse a request that is not suitable for children.
Please do not ask for well-known characters or brands: Pufi may refuse such a request or draw a general picture instead. If you see something unsuitable, report it in the app and we will look at it.
Acceptable use
- Do not ask for violent, sexual, hateful, frightening or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not try to get around the safety filters, the credit limits or the grown-up check.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or access the service with automated tools.
We may suspend drawing for an account that misuses the service.
Your pages and our content
You may keep, print and share the pages you color and the pages Pufi drew for you for personal, non-commercial use. The app, the Pufi character, the library pages, the sounds and the design belong to Otagia; we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Pufi running, but the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may pause new drawings for a while (library coloring keeps working), change features or ask you to update the app when an old version can no longer work.
Liability
Pufi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Otagia is not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by the device, the network or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using Pufi at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away the protection given by the mandatory law of the country you live in. We may update the terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Questions: info@otagia.com.
